VILLA BANE is a newly built villa in Duće, 120m from the most beautiful sandy beach, 2 km from Omiš. Very well and luxury equipped and decorated with high standards and we guarantee that you will enjoy all offered.
With amazing sea views and unforgettable sunsets, you are within walking distance of restaurants, shops, town, beach....all.
Villa Bane has a 32m2 heated pool with a trapeze shape with a whirlpool for 4 people. On the sun deck area, there are deck chairs, comfortable outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining table with chairs.
Villa has two floors, with five bedrooms, one playroom, and a total of 6 bathrooms + 1 toilet, it has several balconies and terraces, billiards in the basement, and table tennis in the garage. It is fully fenced and has 3 garage places.
Villa Bane is a part of a semi-detached house owned by two brothers each offered separately for a maximum of twelve people (10+2) and organized to have their privacy. It is set a little bit up the hill in a more peaceful area and is just 150 m from the most beautiful sand beach in this area. It is fully fenced and has 3 garage places, and the pool area is discreetly fenced from view so you have your privacy.
The villa is fully furnished with 9 A/C units and heating throughout the entire house and bedrooms, a swimming pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue next to the entrance, a TV, free fast Wi-Fi, and all the comforts you need to make this your home away from home.
-Ground floor:
The main entrance places you into the spacious living and dining area with an exit to the pool area and a view of the sea. In the living room, you have 2 A/C, a TV, exit to the terrace, you and your loved ones can sink into the comfortable sofas. The living area is connected with the kitchen and dining area and all are very spacious. There is a pantry next to the kitchen and also a toilet on the ground floor. The large and beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, four-ring electric stove, dishwasher, pots and pans, plates and silverware, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and microwave.
-First floor:
Bedroom NO1 with double bed 180x200 has a full bathroom with shower. The access to the outside terrace with sea view (together with Bedroom No2).
Bedroom NO2 has two single beds 90x200 which can be connected as one double it has a full bathroom with a shower. The access to the outside terrace with sea view (together with Bedroom No1).
Spacious playroom with TV, game console PS4, and toys, a great place for children of all ages. Sofa bed for two kids.
-Second floor:
Bedroom NO3 with double bed 180x200 has a full bathroom with shower. The access to the outside terrace with sea view (together with Bedroom No4).
Bedroom NO4 with double bed 180x200 has a full bathroom with a shower. The access to the outside terrace with sea view (together with Bedroom No3).
Bedroom NO5 with double bed 180x200, it has a full bathroom with bath (en-suite). Possibility of adding a baby cot.
- In the basement, there is a fitness room with exercise equipment, a massage sofa, and billiards (pool table), and there is also a bathroom. Table tennis is in the garage next to the basement.

“Fabulous Villa with Excellent Hosts!”
We had a fantastic time at Villa Bane. Had a warm welcome from the family with a beautiful meal and drinks provided on arrival! Couldn’t do enough to make sure we had a good stay. The villa is just as beautiful as pictures, lots of space and great having an en-suite for each room. The owners helped facilitate a boat trip for us and we paid for a local meal to be cooked by them and bought to the villa one evening, the chocolate cake was to die for! I would highly recommend the villa to anyone looking and would love to go back in the future.
