Très beau gite dans une vieille maison vigneronne, à Amondans (12 km d'Ornans), idéal pour une famille avec enfants.
La propriété comporte un grand jardin clos de 5000 m², dans un village très calme, situé au cœur de la Franche-Comté : Amondans est un charmant village au cœur des vallées de la Loue et du Lison (2 très belles rivières), à mi distance entre la capitale Besançon, le Haut-Doubs et ses stations de ski et le vignoble du Jura.
C'est un très bon point de départ pour effectuer des ballades dans un périmètre très proche, au milieux des paysages immortalisés par Courbet, mais également pour visiter les principaux sites touristiques de Franche-Comté, et même éventuellement pousser jusqu'en Suisse voisine.
De très nombreux sites et activités sont possibles dans un rayon de 25 km : La région propose de très nombreux sites naturels comme la source du Lison ou la source de la Loue. Ornans, la Venise de l'Est se trouve à 12 km et on y trouve le musée Courbet. On pourra également y faire du canoé sur la Loue, de l'accrobranche, de l'escalade, via ferrata, ... Au dessus d'Ornans, à Charbonnière se trouve le Dino Zoo.
Besançon, la capitale régionale est à 25 km. Vous y trouverez de nombreux musées, et la célèbre citadelle de Vauban inscrite au patrimoine mondial de l'unesco. (la citadelle est une très bonne idée de visite pour les enfants, elle abrite un zoo, un aquarium, un insectarium et plusieurs musées).
Plus au sud-ouest, en allant vers le Jura, vous trouverez les premiers vignobles du Jura, et Salins les bains à 20 km avec ses thermes et sa saline classée au patrimoine mondial de l'unesco. On peut aussi y apprendre à faire du parapente depuis le Mont Poupet.
En direction de la Suisse, vous rencontrerez les paysages typiques du Haut-Doubs, pâturages, pessières et fermes à tuyé . Le lac Saint-Point se transforme parfois en hiver en la plus grande patinoire de France.
De nombreuses autres activités sportives sont possibles à proximité du gite (équitation, karting, vtt, ski de fond l'hiver à 20 km). La Franche-Comté est également une destination gastronomique de choix pour ses vins du Jura, ses fromages et ses fameuses charcuteries fumées.
