This stunning 2 bedroom penthouse with wifi sleeps up to 6 guests.
With its contemporary furnishings, this spacious penthouse in Oroklini is a truly lovely apartment. Large lounge area with flatscreen TV and DVD player. Both settees fold down to sofa beds, making this apartment suitable for sleeping up to six people. The kitchen area is fully equipped with items such as dishwasher,washing machine and microwave and the dining area comfortably seat six people. Access to a balcony from the kitchen provides a sunny breakfast area and views of the communal pool area.
The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds, both of them are homely decorated and furnished to a high standard. There is a family bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower.
Large patio doors from the lounge area lead out onto a fantastic 90 sq.m. patio which is furnished for spending a lot of time out here. It has outside furniture that seats six people, another area of the patio has a rattan coffee table and comfortable sofas and in yet another area you will find sun loungers. There is also a barbeque for you to enjoy as the sun set, a large umbrella and even an outside shower. Spend relaxing times out here enjoying the spectacular view over the mountains.
This penthouse apartment is set on a complex with large communal pool and within walking distance to amenities. If you chose to rent a car for your holiday, the apartments has its own covered parking space. If you would like to explore other areas without the use of a car, there is a bus stop close by.
This apartment is looked after by a local management company ensuring that you are in the very best of hands. We offer services such as airport transfer for an additional fee alternatively we can recommend car hire companies or assist in booking a taxi for when you arrive. We will either meet you upon arrival or provide details of how you will obtain the keys and we are always available throughout your stay if you have any questions. We have put a lot of thought in giving you that little bit extra service. An example of this is that you will find complimentary coffee, tea, milk and sugar for initial welcome drink in the apartment. Should you wish us to arrange welcome packs such as breakfast for example or perhaps a bottle of champagne for an extra charge then please don't hesitate to contact us. Please note that you are also able to hire items such as travel cots, high chairs and z-beds through us.
