Villa Miranda is located in C.da Gagliarda about 4 km from the center of Ortona. The Villa develops in 3 levels: The ground floor is inhabited by the owners, while the first floor and the attic, connected to each other by an internal staircase, are available to guests. The apartment on the first floor, of about 140 square meters, consists of a kitchen, a large dining room with fireplace, an elegant living room with a terrace overlooking the pool and garden; a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, TV and en-suite bathroom; a bedroom with a double bed, a queen-size bed, air conditioning, TV and an en suite bathroom; a bedroom with a queen-size bed, TV and en-suite bathroom. The attic, of about 100 square meters, is composed of a kitchen, a living room; a double room with TV and air conditioning; a room with a queen-size bed. The exterior includes a large garden with swimming pool (12x6), gazebo with barbecue in the countryside for pleasant barbecues in absolute tranquility. For the entertainment of adults and children, a ping pong table, basketball hoop, slide, swing, trampoline and bicycles are available. And if you want to spend a day full of nature and adventure at about 40 km, near Piane delle mele, near the characteristic village of guardiagrele famous for its iron work, you will find the fantastic Majella Adventure Park with trails suspended trees. A few minutes from the villa you will find a track for minibikes and go-carts. Nearby beaches, reachable in a few minutes, Lido Saraceni at about 5.8 km, Lido Riccio at about 10.9 km and Marina di San Vito at about 8.1 km. Weekly prices, in the periods July and August Saturday-Saturday. Check-in from 4.00 pm Check-out at 10.00 am Building of Class: G - Global Energy Performance: 208.6 kwh / m.
