In mezzo al verde, gli alberi ricoperti di licheni a testimonianza della purezza dell’aria, affitto villetta ristrutturata di 100 mq. max 6/7 posti letto, con vista sulla Majella a 500 m. dalla spiaggia del lido riccio, due ampie camere da letto una con letto matrimoniale e lettino e l’altra con 3 letti singoli (volendo si possono cambiare le disposizioni ), con aria condizionata, sala anch’essa ampia e climatizzata ,cucina abitabile con divanetto e lavastoviglie, lavatrice. n°2 barbecue, 2 posti macchina al coperto, bici , doccia esterna per il ritorno dal mare, ampio giardino ecc. Nel raggio di 3\4 km n°2 centri commerciali e una spettacolare pista ciclopedonale che costeggia il mare in un tratto bellissimo (di 40 km ) della costa dei trabocchi.
La piscina estiva a 600 m. ,il camping a 200 m. il maneggio a 1,5 km, il porto turistico e commerciale a 4 km, il campo da golf a 10 km. , l’aeroporto di Pescara a 18 km. , i campi da sci nel parco nazionale della Majella a 35 km, Roma a 1,5 – 2 ore di macchina e a 4 km la bellissima città di Ortona dove riposano le spoglie di San Tommaso Apostolo.
Non sono comprese le lenzuola ( a richiesta ) ed il prezzo varia a seconda del periodo e del numero delle persone. Per il periodo estivo le prenotazioni vanno da sabato a sabato.
Ammesso un animale.
L 'Abruzzo la regione dei parchi n.3 in terra ferma 2 marini l'ultimo sarà costituito proprio nel nostro territorio. Natura, cibo, le tradizioni, e gli abruzzesi forti e gentili sono le nostre eccellenze.. Accessibile ai portatori di handicap in carrozzella.
