L'abitazione è composta da un trullo adibito a camera da letto matrimoniale, una stanza da letto con 2 letti singoli o letto matrimoniale, un ampio salone con cucina, un bagno interno, una veranda in legno di circa 60 metri quadrati e un barbecue.
La proprietà è impreziosita da una meravigliosa piscina, in comune con gli ospiti di Casetta Marilena, adatta a tutte le età, un grande prato inglese e un rigoglioso giardino recintato.
