Villa di recente costruzione immersa nel verde, situata in campagna fra ulivi, mandorli ed altri alberi tipici della zona. E' il luogo adatto dove trascorrere una vacanza rilassante e rigenerante a contatto con la natura. Inoltre è possibile visitare il vicinissimo bianco borgo di Ostuni e scoprire la sua cultura artistica e storica, oltre che partecipare alle sagre, feste e ai molti eventi sempre presenti sul territorio. Abitazione composta da 3 camere da letto, un bagno con doccia, cucina e un'ampia veranda esterna coperta. 6 posti letto, asciugamani e lenzuola inclusi. Ideale per le famiglie. Oltretutto presenti un ampio parcheggio esterno, camino interno con legna, angolo barbecue esterno, tv, phon e ampia terrazza con vista panoramica.Centro di Ostuni a 10 minuti in macchina. Supermercato/bar/farmacia/campi sportivi/altri servizi a 5 minuti in macchina. Ristorante-pizzeria a 10 minuti a piedi. 3 km dalla rotonda di Via Verona, 2 Km da Park Hotel novecento. (coordinate google map 40.706, 17.606)Lingue parlate dal proprietario: Italiano, Inglese e Tedesco.
Al momento della consegna delle chiavi sarà richiesta una cauzione di €100 che saranno restituite alla riconsegna delle stesse.
