Our beautiful villa, renovated to the highest standards, offers all year round accommodation equipped with gas radiator central heating and air conditioning to the 3 double bedrooms. Outside the BBQ and large verandas make for wonderful al fresco eating and those lazy relaxing family meals, For the cooler evenings there is the modern equipped kitchen and large lounge / dining room to entertain or just enjoy romantic evenings. the villa has a roof terrace with spectacular views for miles and offers extra privacy for sun-bathing.
Ostuni, central to the area of southern Puglia, boasts one of Europe's finest climates and is ideal for people that love good food and wine.

Please note that rental rates for winter lettings (October to May) do not include the cost of gas and electricity which will be charged at cost. Longer term rates over the winter period are available by negotiation.

Both bathrooms have been fitted to the highest standards with modern suites, luxury showers, heated towel rails and beautiful wall and floor tiling providing that special feeling of luxury and quality. Constant hot water is available from the new efficient gas boiler. Each bedroom has individual air conditioning and are tastefully furnished with new quality double beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers, bed side tables and lamps. The master bedroom has an en suite. The 2 single beds in the third bedroom can be substituted for a third double if preferred.

The gardens include over 100vines, 15 different types of fruit trees, almond and olive trees. On the veranda there is a mosaic topped table and chairs. There are also reclining garden chairs for sun bathing and relaxing.

“Very nice Villa Felice”
We were three families from Romania, spending a very nice holiday in Ostuni, Puglia, at Villa Felice. On arrival, we found the villa to be just as the photos show, a typical style estate at the end of a quiet road, in a very peaceful location.We were greeted and checked in by Constanza, the local property manager, she was just so accommodating and lovely, extremely friendly and helpful with our minor issues. She showed us the property and our rooms, but also providing a welcome basket from Neil& Linda [owners] which was very much appreciated. The furnishings, the rooms the outside space are all great. The kitchen is very well equipped. Thank you for helping us arrange a lovely holiday and we will definitely recommend Villa Felice to our friends/family.
