Description
Old Villa just renovated with white local white stone and Yellow tufo-Stone.
The new villa has all the comforts you may need, there is an underfloor heating system with independent adjustable temperature in each room, bathrooms included.
Air conditioning is also independent in every room. Each room is also equipped with ceiling fans.
There are 4 unsuited bedrooms that sleeps 8 adults.
From the kitchen room and the living room there is a beautiful panoramic view on the pool area and the garden.
The entire property is completely walled in to ensure the maximum privacy and security.
There is an alarm controlled and connected to the local authorities.
There is space for parching at least 3 to 5 cars inside the gate.
The beach is only 300 meters straight down the road, is a 3 minute walk.

“Lovely villa”
Stayed here as family of 5 for 1 week. Great villa. Spacious and well- equipped with outside kitchen and seating areas and fantastic pool. Rino was very helpful and friendly.
