AGGIORNAMENTO COVID-19
Procedure di pulizia avanzate da parte di un azienda specializzata nel settore.
Su richiesta è anche possibile richiedere una sanificazione con ozono, con relativo certificato, al prezzo aggiuntivo di 50€
Questo splendido appartamento è situato a due passi dal mare, per l'esattezza meno di 300m, 3 minuti a piedi.
Dispone di un parcheggio pubblico e non a pagamento proprio sotto casa (cosa rara per Otranto) e di un parcheggio a pagamento sull'altra metà della strada. Si trova all'ultimo piano di un condominio (3° e 4° piano) raggiungibile facilmente grazie all'ascensore, dispone anche di balcone e di un terrazzo privato.
POSSIEDE:
- due camere da letto, la prima con un letto matrimoniale, la possibilità di uscire sul balcone e una tv con lettore dvd e usb; la seconda con due letti singoli, di cui uno a scomparsa;
- un bagno con lavandino, bidet e gabinetto, provvisto di asciugacapelli;
- un altra stanza che comprende salotto con tv, divano letto (da una piazza e mezzo), due tavoli di cui uno mobile che ha la possibilità di essere aperto, cucina (a piastre), forno, una piastra per panini e toast, lavandino, frigorifero e congelatore;
- da qui c'è la possibilità di uscire di nuovo sul balcone, dove troviamo un altro lavandino, un tavolo e un barbecue.
- Nel 2° piano dell'appartamento invece troviamo il secondo bagno provvisto di lavandino, bidet e gabinetto, doccia con vasca da bagno e la lavatrice;
- e un amplio terrazzo.
La casa è provvista anche di ferro da stiro (con relativa asse da stiro), piatti, bicchieri, padelle, forchette ecc. (tutto l'occorrente che serve per abitarci insomma).
L'aria condizionata come il riscaldamento è disponibile in tutte le stanze attraverso dei termoconvettori a parete.
Da esso il centro dista meno di un km e ci si arriva tranquillamente a piedi in circa 10 minuti; a circa 500m (5 min a piedi) troviamo ben 4 supermercati; la stazione a 700m; e in auto è molto semplice (traffico permettendo) raggiungere posti come i laghi Alìmini, con i numerosi stabilimenti balneari, lo splendido laghetto delle Cave di Bauxite, l'Orte o la stupenda litoranea salentina.
(qualsiasi misurazione di distanza e di tempo è stata misurata con google maps, in caso di errori prendetevela con loro ;p)

“Ben posizionato”
Ottimo appartamento a pochi passi dal centro di Otranto e dalle spiagge cittadine, sia libere che attrezzate. Ampia possibilità di parcheggio gratuito. Consigliato a coppie o gruppi di amici.
