Acorns A3 is a spacious, modern furnished, three bedroom, three bathroom ground floor apartment spaced over two floors comfortably sleeping six and set in a small, private and beautifully landscaped complex of 10 apartments sharing both a swimming pool and child’s pool. The complex is nestled in a quiet and relaxing spot of Ovacik, overlooked by the breathtaking Babadag mountains, but is still only a short 3-5 minute walk to the nearest shops, bars and restaurants. A flat 15-20 minute walk will take you to Hisaronu, or for those in more of a rush, hop on the dolmus at the nearby stop, which will take a couple of minutes. The fabulous beach resort of Olu Deniz with its stunning lagoon and beach is also only a short journey via dolmus as is the bustling market town of Fethiye. The apartment itself is furnished to a very high standard and detail to ensure all our guests get the maximum enjoyment from their holiday in the sun.

The swimming pool is available for use from the beginning of May to the end of October.

Transfers from Dalaman airport to the apartment can be arranged on request (prices start from £80 for 4 passengers). We can also arrange a welcome pack for your arrival for a small charge - ideal if you arrive late at night or very early. The pack includes tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, eggs, juice, butter, jam & fruit.

Generally the apartment will be available from 2.00pm on the day of your arrival and guests must vacate by noon on the day of departure. However we will of course be flexible for early/late arrivals & departures

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Acorns A3 apartment has been equipped to a high standard in a contemporary design and has everything you could need to have a fabulous holiday. The apartment benefits from all the home from home facilities including the added luxuries of airconditioning in all living areas, microwave, hairdryers in all bedrooms, washing machine, cd stereo with ipod dock, flat screen lcd television and dvd player.

The apartments also benefits from having a large terrace having pool and garden views

Safe has been provided for guests use.
Wrought iron security has been provided for your safety. Mosquito screens have also been provided.

French doors lead from the living area to the balcony area which overlooks the pool area and has a modern & comfortable patio table and chairs ideal for alfresco dining.

Mosquito screens, sun screens & curtains are fitted to all main windows and balcony door for added comfort.

There is a good sized shared communal pool, children’s pool and sunbathing areas. Personal sun loungers, sun lounger cushions, table and umbrella are provided for your use around the pool which is set in beautifully manicured and landscaped gardens with the Babadag Mountains acting as a stunning backdrop.

Perfect. Lovely appt; well- furnished, comfortable and clean with a wondeful view of the mountains in a quieter area of town, but near to services and bars/ restaurants etc. Thank you .
