Description
A stunning 3 bedroomed, 3 bathroom villa with a private pool centrally located to the towns and villages of Fethiye, Olu Deniz, Hisaronu and Ovacik. Built over 3 floors with the top floor being used as the master bedroom with it's own en-suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool. The large open plan lounge/dining area on the ground floor is overlooked by the raised kitchen which is fully fitted. Wrap round windows and patio doors lead you out to the large pool and give you views over the Ovacik valley and onwards to Olu Deniz. Two additional bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms occupy the first floor. There is also a large shared terrace on the first floor. The master bedroom has a single sofa bed and one of the sofas in the lounge area turns into a single bed.
The kitchen is open planned with granite worktops, gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, microwave, kettle and toaster. All kitchen utensils and crockery are provided.
The living/dining area is open planned with two large sofas (one opens out sofabed if required), coffee table, dining table with 6 chairs, TV, DVD, ipod dock and toilet. Doors open to patio/pool area.
