No inventory, no maintenance, no material worries: everything is insured and supported by the Westin, from home to the smallest broken glass! The paradise ... As for the exceptional rate, some tenants found, rightly, "weird" to get such a modest price for this type of rental. They even wondered sometimes if it was not a "scam on the internet"!
