****In late Nov., 2022, Park Shore Resort unexpectedly began a construction project expecting to extend through late April 2024. This project entails removal of lanai planter box structures, lanai flooring, & lanai screen/structure.****
***Construction on Building F/unit#140 has been completed***
Cleaning and disinfecting our properties are highest priority and we are following all CDC guidelines.
**IN 2016 THIS UNIT HAD UNDERGONE AN ENTIRE RENOVATION INCLUDING NEW KITCHEN, NEW FLOORING, PAINT & LIGHT FIXTURES THROUGHOUT, & NEW FURNITURE!

Park Shore Resorts prime location west of Hwy.41 (Tamiami Trail) is within close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and famous downtown Naples. There's even a local supermarket, pharmacy, and post office just across the street. This sought after community is also convenient for walking, biking, or driving to nearby Clam Pass Beach. There's also a new on site restaurant,
The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units and wired access for your computer is also available. In the lobby, you will find 2 computers and printer w/internet access,, racquetball, pickleball, tennis, small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub/spa(currently out of service), and 6 BBQ gas grills throughout the property. The picturesque grounds include walking bridges, ponds, and fountains that create a truly tropical oasis setting
There is an on site restaurant (Hogfish Harry’s).
This 2 BR(King w/TV, 2 Twins in Guest BR, and Queen sleeper sofa w/upgrade memory foam mattress in LR w/large Flat Screen TV and DVD), 2BA (Tub/Shower combo in Master, shower only in Guest), 1st Floor, West Facing, End Unit w/newly screened lanai in Bldg. F, has incredible views! It's also conveniently located (property map included in the pics) within close proximity to the Lobby, Pool, and Restaurant. No elevator needed for this newly renovated & luxuriously decorated first floor, end unit!!
This unit is also equipped with stackable washer and dryer.
The property has beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels & cooler.
There is $100 Resort Security FOB Fee per reservation that provides access to pool, fitness center and tennis/pickleball courts.
Monthly Rental Rates are Based on 28 Day Month.
