Description
The Monarch Home is a Cozy 30 day minimum rental. It comes Fully Furnished and Move-In-Ready. This cheerful home is located on 17 Mile Drive, It is central to all activities-beach and downtown. Great neighborhood!
WiFi, sewer, trash, gardening services, and a once-in-two week cleaning included. Water (Amercan Water) and gas & electricity ( PG&E) bills will be deducted from the your security deposit at the end of your stay.
Our home is located in the quaint town of Pacific Grove between Monterey and Pebble Beach. Walking distance to beach and biking trails with easy access to all areas of the Monterey Peninsula .Two comfortable bedrooms with queen beds -Two light filled bathrooms - Fully equipped kitchen with a dining area- Spacious living room - Laundry facilities - Ample space available for parking.
•Please use a PC browser (Chrome or Firefox) for correct calendar availability.
•The house accommodates four (4) Adults or two(2) adults and two(2) kids as a MAXIMUM. There is a queen size bed in each of the two rooms.
•NO CHARGE FOR EXTEA PEOPLE MEANS I HAVE A FLAT PRICE FOR ALL OF THE above mentioned MAXIMUM NUMBER of GUESTS as five(5). Thank you!

YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THE ENTIRE HOME:
•Kitchen items (cooking utensils, toaster, microwave, coffee girder, blender, slow-cooker, pots, pans, basic pantry items and spices).
•Breakfast: dry cereal, butter, jelly, pancake mix, tea, coffee, creamer available for breakfast. Refrigerator tends to fill up with good food left behind by other guests. So I recommend checking the refrigerator before going shopping. You may pick up some fresh milk, eggs, bread, fruits and other items you may need at the nearby grocery stores (list posted on the website and on the refrigerator). You can put together what you like in our kitchen. Help yourself to any of the cupboards that are not marked ‘private.'
•Bath towels and bath needs (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer)
•Washer and dryer for laundry needs
•Iron and ironing board.
•Large screen TV with basic cable is available. The TV has USB connection if you want to bring your favorite movie on a thumb drive to watch. We also have a DVD player.
•A sound/speaker system is setup to play your music in the living room. A cord is provided to connect to your device (portable radio, your iPod, iPad, iPhone, etc).

The neighborhood
Pacific Grove is a beautiful small beach town with a relaxed atmosphere. There are plenty of beach access and scenic hiking/biking trails from our home.
The house is on 17 Mile Drive and backs to a little alley road that runs along a gorgeous, wooded park. If you visit us during the months of October through February, you can witness the magic of the Monarch butterfly migration. The Monarch Sanctuary is just around the corner!
Asilomar State Beach and Conference Center, beach trails, PG Golf Links, Point Pinos Lighthouse, Lover's Point, Pacific Grove Natural History Museum, fine restaurants, and Downtown are all within walking distance.
The Links at Spanish Bay, Pebble Beach, Carmel River State Beach, Carmel Mission, Monterey Bay Aquarium, and Fisherman's Wharf are all a very short drive away.
Take a ten minute drive south to Carmel's white sand beaches, where you can enjoy a picnic and bonfire until midnight. Enjoy the downtown, or play a round of golf at Pebble Beach.
Drive another ten minutes south to find the beautiful Point Lobos Reserve and the California Sea Otter Refuge. You could also drive on down to Big Sur and beyond along the scenic Hwy One.
Less than ten minute drive North will take you to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Museums, Cannery Row, and Fisherman's Wharf.
We are a 20 minute drive from the Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca race track.
There are endless places to visit. You'll want to keep coming back!
