At 200 meters from the sea, surrounded by green pine forest of Paestum; apartment in villa with garden, elegantly furnished and recently renovated with double room, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, kitchen, living room, terrace, parking space, just one km from the archaeological area UNESCO World heritage Site. Each apartment, 5/6 beds includes: TV, SAT, washing machine, dryer, cutlery, dishes and glasses, pots and small playground bimbi.Finestre and balconies accompanied by mosquito nets. Wi-Fi throughout the struttura.In hot shower garden with solarium, gazebo with ping-pong and table football.

Fantastic in every way. Lovely, helpful host is nearby. Spacious, bright, sparkling clean apartment with all that you will need (WiFi, washing machine, kitchen) near the sea, on a beautiful private old tree-lined road. Great for children for the evenings and siesta hours, with a hammock, table tennis, swings, playground, veranda table, chaise longues for the adults on the lawn. An outdoor hot shower also for all to rinse off the sand! - Lovely! - A short taxi ride from the temples and a short walk to the town restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay and hope to be back again many times. Thank you!!!! Grazie!

La nostra zona ,ventilata ,non ha mai sentito questa esigenza, purtroppo ultimamente le estati sono divenute davvero torride e infatti è già prevsta l'installazione di condizionatori per il prossimo anno. Per quanto riguarda la musica ( non autorizzata ) del bar a noi vicino le assicuro che la battaglia era già conclusa , non ero affatto a conoscenza che lo avrebbe rifatto ,questo grazie agli scarsi controlli da parte di chi li dovrebbe invece fare.
