Description

Villa Katina is originally a Greek fisherman cottage, rebuilded on its location situated right next to the sea.

This location is to be called a very unique for Samos Island.

The view over the Aegean Sea towards the protected area of Turkey is incredible and we have not even mentioned the sunsets at night with the beautiful full moon.

This is just paradise.

In 2010, the fisherman's cottage was rebuild into a contemporary Greek villa with a spacious bedroom, modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen

and outside beautiful sun terraces.

The villa has a '4 star' level with a high level of privacy for you if you are lounging under the large "shadow" trees, relaxing just 5 meters away from the sea shoreline.

So nothing stands in the way for you to spend a relaxing holiday at a very 'private' location!

INCLUDING:

- a private parkingplace behind the villa.

- With a booking a free rental car (a-class) with airconditioning will be waiting for you at the airport.

- a welcome provisions basket with e.g. mineral water / thea / toast / creambutter / eggs etc.

- the Villa has a Wi-Fi high speed internet and a digital weatherstation.

- fully equipped bathroom with a rainshower plus handshower / bathrobes / towels / hairdryer etc.

- fully equipped kitchen with induction cookingstove / oven / grill plate / toaster / mixer / fruitpress etc.

- bedroom with airco and two large one person hotelbeds side-by-side / LCD flatscreen television / DVD player etc.

The rental price includes once a week cleaning and change of bed linen and towels.

“Lovely villa right on the beach”

Lovely villa, fantastic location and Tim is such a welcoming host. The villa is 100 meters away from a great taverna. Would highly recommend Villa Katrina for a peaceful and quiet week away.
