Description

Tucked away on a quiet residential street, this 3 Bedroom 2 Bath home has been carefully maintained and tastefully decorated to provide welcoming surroundings to our guests. The double garage leads to a large fully equipped kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, glass topped range, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Corian counter tops. Also Washer/Dryer neatly set into corner of tall kitchen cabinets. Kitchen leads into open plan dining room (will seat 8 with table extension), access to Screened Porch Florida Room through French doors. Living room tastefully decorated with Love seat and couch, 48 inch Smart tv. DVD Player, Cable and Wi-Fi. Master Bedroom has white queen bed, en-suite bathroom/shower with separate vanity, lots of closet space and a 32" flat screen TV. Second bedroom also has Queen Bed and built in closets. Third bedroom has twin beds, brightly decorated for younger guests, has TV and DVD Player for watching movies or playing games. Main Bathroom has Jetted Spa Tub...perfect for relaxing after a long day sightseeing or just playing on the Beach!! The rear Florida Room, screened Porch is perfect for relaxing in the evening, listening to the birds sing, having a game of cards..or just discuss the day. The rear garden is fully enclosed with a privacy fence, ideal for children and pets.

Look out for our resident wild rabbit 'Roland', he generally comes visiting early morning and after 5 PM in the evening!! He likes a carrot or 2 so don't be afraid to give him a little snack...as long as it's veggie!! The house has full Central Air Conditioning, double glazed windows to keep it cool in summer and warm in the 'winter'?!! A very comfortable house with tile floors throughout, makes it easy to keep clean and minimum maintenance. We enjoy staying there, hope you do too.

Getting around

Most of our guests have their own transportation, there is a bus service just a couple of blocks away. Publix and other stores, and restaurants are within walking distances for our energetic guests and just 5 minutes away by car in Bayside Lakes Shopping Center. information on places to eat, shop etc. are provided at check in.

Interaction with guest

We try and meet our guests on arrival to introduce ourselves and show you around the property. We live only 20 minutes away and will be available if you have any questions throughout your stay. We also have contactless entry so you can access the home using a keypad code. Please let us know your time of arrival so we can be at the property to meet you or answer any questions you may have.

House rules

Please respect our home and our neighbors. We do not allow smoking in the house but you are welcome to smoke in the smoking area outside the Lanai and in the garden. We do allow pet and service dogs after discussion and agreement between owner and guests, we ask that you do not allow pets on the furniture or beds. If the grill is used please clean afterwards. Please place dirty dishes in dishwasher and trash in trash cans in the garage, place all dirty bath towels and cloths on bathroom floors.
