This exclusive home is a haven set in the Mallorcan countryside in a quiet neighbourhood, providing the perfect holiday for all. The villa, set in 10,000 square metres of landscaped gardens, encompasses a combination of Majorcan architecture and modern technology, providing a comfortable lifestyle in luxurious, spacious surroundings.
Admire the breathtaking views across the Bay of Palma and the Tramuntana Mountains whilst sunbathing by the infinity pool or relaxing in the jacuzzi (please note that neither are heated). You can also work out in the fully fitted gym, enjoy a game of pool in the downstairs living room or play table tennis outside on the terrace. Golf lovers will appreciate the prestigious Son Gual Golf course which is only down the road. Children will be delighted with their own custom built play area out in the garden. The chefs in your group will enjoy using the state of the art kitchen or the fully equipped barbecue area. Enjoy the amazing sunsets dining alfresco on the various terraces after having enjoyed a glass of wine in your own wine cellar.
It is located in a peaceful location yet only 15 minutes by car from the nearest beaches, restaurants, nightlife and Palma city centre.

Price includes all towels and bedlinen, a welcome pack selection of tea and coffee, dishwasher tablets and washing-up liquid as well as hand soap and w/c rolls. Maid service once a week on rentals over 7 days.
Cleaning: The property will be clean on arrival. For bookings over 7 days, fresh bed-linen and towels will be provided on request. If guests require a cleaning service during their stay this can also be arranged, price 20€ per hour.
Event Fee - 3000€ - for events of up to 50 guests, including those staying at the villa. Events cannot be held without our permission.

Response from the owner I am surprised to hear your negative comments when all your group had such a wonderful holiday and wrote a glowing review on the actual booking site. It was unfortunate that you didn't have the best weather, with rain and high winds and because of this, during some of your holiday, the planes were taking off in a different direction to normal when sometimes some noise can be heard, but this is rare. I am truly sorry that in your particular bathroom you were having a problem, although when I called in to meet you all it appeared to be ok and I was assured by the rooms occupant that there was nothing to worry about. Had I been told otherwise then I would have immediately contacted a plumber. Re the kitchen - we are constantly renewing and replacing kitchen utensils and crockery throughout the rental period each year due to wear and tear and breakages. On the whole I am glad that you enjoyed your family holiday with us and it was a pleasure hosting you and your family.
