“Amazing stay” Place was clean , looks much better than the photos and had tons of items u would need to buy at the store for other rentals already in the condo for you. Master bed very comfortable. Back patio nice to sit out in. Within walking distance to beach. Pools and parks across from condo. Owner is helpful and answers quickly . Has wifi and cable tv. Close to great food places and fun. Wonderful experience and priced very well for what you get. Would definitely book again in the future. Thanks Bob for a great stay.

“Fantastic stay!” We had a wonderful time at this condo! Plenty of room, very clean, and so close to the beach. My kids loved the pools and everyone met was so friendly. It’s on a great, calm part of the beach but still close enough to all the restaurants and shopping. The owner is also very easy to contact and checked in with us to make sure everything went ok. We saved this place to visit again in the future!

“It was enjoyable” We stayed here for 5 nights and 6 days. We really enjoyed being right next to the pool. Although the ad is misleading on the "private dock". It is one huge dock for everyone and it is first come first serve. Also wish there was some time of instructions in the room such as "blankets are located...extra pillows...towels..ect." also there were no check out instructions such as to where to leave dirty towels, make the bed, dishes, or to where to leave the keys. None of this was an inconvenience for us but would have been nice to know. We would Definitely stay here again!

“Fantastic” Our stay was fantastic. The condo was beautiful, classy, accommodating, family-friendly, and in the perfect location. The condo is steps away from the beach, has a gorgeous outdoor pool and hot tub (simply stunning), outdoor drink and food hut, and an indoor pool and hot tub facility for those rainy days. The condo location is directly on the main strip in panama city beach, which allowed easy access to great food and entertainment. Everything you would ever want to see and do is just minutes away. The condo owner was phenomenal! They ensured we were prepared for our trip, was prompt and informative with important information, and was available and prompt in answering any questions we had. I would high recommend this vacation rental, and will definitely visit again!

“Beautiful condo with amazing balcony view” First of all, thank you Joe and Pat Gremillion for sharing your beautiful condo with us and for being so accommodating in making our arrangements. This condo was absolutely beautifully decorated. The balcony was amazing. Not only was it spacious, it was also nicely furnished. The view from the 17th floor was awesome. Parking was a breeze, we were lucky enough to park on the 2nd floor during our entire stay. Access to the beach was just a step away, very convenient. We are planning to return again next year.

“just a perfect place for a family vacation” This place was perfect! we had 3 children under the age of 6 and 8 adults, and we never thought we were on top of each other. The house, pool deck, BBQ, and appliances were all in good working order. Any questions we were only a call away and they answered the phone every time. Having the pool for the little ones was perfect, Just a reminder that if the little ones get up before the adults there is a large wooden stick to put in the sliding door track, so even if they can unlock the door they cannot get out, a good addition for safety. The overhang on the deck was large so anyone could get out of the sun if desired and still be close to the kids in the pool for anything that would come up. Also perfect place to have lunch as there is a large table there also. If you are planning to cook for this large of a group it might be a good idea to bring a few extra pans or baking pans so it can be all done at once. But not saying there was nothing there to use but just not like at home as there is not a lot of extras but adequately supplied. if there were any complaints that we had there was some sand in the hot tub but we learned there were a lot of mid 20 year old people there the week before our arrival. So we understood. We did not call them on this but I am sure if we did they would have been there in a heart beat to remedy it. Also they are currently building two homes next door that are in the framing stage, so a little extra noise. But they were very mindful, and did not really start till around 9:30 am and quit by 4. Also they were only working 3 of the 7 days we stayed. But were very nice people and we very mindful to tell us when there might be a loud noise they were going to make in a few minutes as not to scare the kids. I just mentioned this for information, and I would rent here again even if the building next door was still in progress. Go ahead and rent and i hope you have even close to as great of time as we did!

“Beautiful!” There are so many wonderful things, I don't know where to start! We absolutely loved the view, it was amazing. Very convenient and quiet location, close to everything we wanted to do but away from the party crowd. Everything was very clean and tidy, the lighting in the dining area is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. The photos just dont do it justice. The shower was super cool, you can adjust the height, so our 4 year old was able to comfortably take a shower and we didn't have to chase her around the tub with a cup, lol. The beds and couch were extremely comfortable! The pool area was also very nice, 2 pools and a large hot tub that was very hot. We enjoyed that a lot :) one of the pools was indoor/ outdoor which is nice so you can still swim and be out of the sun. We look forward to staying here again soon.

“Perfection!” Karan was so pleasant and helpful. She went above and beyond our expectations. We have visited PCB several times and this was by far the best rental experience both with owner and condo we have had. The little things meant so much to our family like the stroller and the kids dining plates. The music playing when we checked in created a wonderful relaxing ambiance. We loved the location too. Ocean Villa is a wonderfully clean and bright complex. The beach chars were a blessing and we used them every day. It felt like home but even better! We will be recommending this place to all of our friends. Thanks again for a wonderful trip.

“Great visit” The condo was very clean and well maintained. We have plenty of room to spread out and relax. The view from balcony is beautiful.
