Description
Welcome to "A Little Bit of Paradise." We offer a studio condo that sleeps 4 people maximum. Our condo is directly on the beach with a partial beach/city view. ***We are not a direct gulf front unit*** All guest who stay with us have complimentary access to 2 beach chairs and an umbrella that we have reserved for you. We are right on the beach so just steps to the beautiful white sand. Great Location convenient to many attractions, dining, and Beautiful St. Andrews State Park. Stay connected with our fast in room Wi-Fi. Other complimentary wifi access throughout the rest of the resort.
Our updated and completely renovated studio condo is an open floor plan that consist of three living spaces. The first living space is an open floor plan containing a kitchen, dining area, bed area, living area. The second living space is a bathroom. The third is a walk-in closet. Below is a description of all living spaces along with attached pictures.
As you walk into the condo, the door to your right is a walk-in closet. The walk-in closet consist of:
*extra pillows
*a clean set of queen sheets for the clean sofa sleeper (flat, fitted, two pillow cases)
*lightweight blankets
*a sitting stool for getting dressed
*full length mirror (behind the door)
*wooden hangars
*towels
*washcloths
*lots of storage space for your luggage and personal items
The first door to your left as you walk into the condo is the bathroom. The bathroom is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, toilet, and sink/vanity. We have provided a small complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Other items available for you in the bathroom:
*toilet paper*
*hair dryer
*hand towels (bath towels and washcloths are in walk-in closet)
The dining area is a 4 chair high-top table.
The kitchen comes equipped with a sink, stove/oven/hood, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, and small brew coffee maker. We also have a set of dishes for 4, pots and pans, silverware. We have provided a roll of paper towels and two dishwasher tabs. 2 Trash bags are placed in all trash receptacles in the condo unit.
Living area is a large sofa and love seat. The sofa pulls out into a queen size sofa sleeper bed (linens are in walk-in closet).
The living area also contains a TV/cable, a hutch for storing items, and large windows that have great views of the beach, golf course (diagonal from the condo property), and the PCB area.
The bed area consist of a queen size bed. The queen size bed is made for you and ready to go upon your arrival.
**Keep in mind that our studio condo is an open floor plan and that the kitchen, living and bed areas are open to each other.

We want to promote and provide a safe environment for you while you are on vacation. In order to do so we have provided a fire extinguisher located under kitchen sink for use in emergencies. We have also provided a first aid kit and bandage kit for use, if needed, under the kitchen sink. There is also a fire alarm in the hallway.
Each floor in the condominium has two balcony areas with breathtaking views of the beach. Most floors have 4 adirondack chairs to sit and relax in the center balcony. There is a west side balcony with beach view and view of PCB down famous Thomas Dr,
A fitness center is located on the third floor of the complex.
Secure WIFI is available in our condo.
Each floor of the complex has a trash chute. The room is to the right of the elevators. Please do not leave trash in hallway.
Laundry rooms are located on floors 2,4,6,8. There are coin washers and dryers. Soda Machines are located in the laundry rooms as well.
Shuffleboard is available if interested as well as corn hole.
We have a large pool with a deep end of 8 and half feet. There is also a small kiddie pool for the little ones to splash in. When hanging out by the pool, please enjoy some food or a tasty beverage from our on site Snack Shack. Want to cook yourself?? We have four pool side grills to cook up some meats to perfection. Limited seating available.
BEACH ACCESS IS JUST STEPS AWAY THROUGH THE SNACK BAR
There is a $20 CASH ONLY fee paid to the guard at guard shack or HOA office on the second floor. This fee covers one parking space (additional $20/ parking space used for additional car, trailer, oversized truck) and armbands and will expire at the end of your stay.
No pets.
Absolutely NO SMOKING in the unit or hallways. Only in designated areas only.
HOUSE RULES
Ages for all guests with names must be provided to book reservation. Person reserving condo and checking in MUST be at least 23 years of age and staying in condo during all booked days. Violators will not be checked in or will be evicted. Person booking this reservation, signing this document, and checking in to condo must also be at least 23 years of age.
Damages to property will be taken out of paid security deposit or charged additionally. An inventory of all items is performed before and after your stay. You will be charged the replacement cost for any items damaged or missing upon your departure. Renter must notify owner of any pre-existing major damages to unit as soon as possible.
Pets Housing of pets in this unit will result in eviction and forfeiture of all deposits paid.
No smoking is allowed inside of the property. The loss of the security deposit will be assessed for any evidence of smoking for the rental period.
Unit Occupancy Maximum is 4 guest total.
Check-in time is after 4PM. Check-out time is before 10AM SHARP. There is a $100 fine assessed for any violation of these times.
Daily Cleaning Service is not provided. The unit must be left reasonably clean. We perform proper cleaning prior to the arrival of every guest stay. Additional fees will be charged for required excessive cleaning services.
The Neighborhood
Our condo is located on South Thomas Dr. near Pineapple Willies, Signal Hill Golf Course, Club LaVela, and Spinnaker's Beach Club. We are a short drive east to beautiful St. Andrew's State Park where you can rent kayak's, tour shell island and see DOLPHINS (please just observe) Go Carts, Mini-Golf, County Pier, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, and Pier Park. Wal-Mart is also close by to get anything you might have forgotten.
