Description

Sterling Breeze is the most unique condo complex in Panama City Beach, with it’s quaint feel and convenient location. The top floor setting offers breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. You will also appreciate the lagoon, city, and bay views as you enter from the front walkway. The colorful condo is bright from outside sunlight, and features tile throughout. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, the 2nd bathroom is next to the bunkroom. The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, and allows the chef to take in the outside view from a command position while cooking or entertaining. The balcony has a dining table and chairs, overlooks the pool deck and beach – and has a grill! If you have a larger group coming, check out our adjacent unit 2306 (#7108179).

This condo has all the amenities of home, including wifi internet, 2 LED TV’s with cable, washer & dryer, well equipped kitchen, and dimmable lights for comfortable ambiance. It is located only a half mile from the new and expansive Pier Park shopping center. This area offers the finest shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences in Panama City Beach, and more shops are on the way. It is only minutes from the new airport, and shuttle service is available. Trolley service is also available along the beach. For days when you are too tired to dine inside or go out to a restaurant, there are several carryout options within a couple blocks. There is also a snack bar and wine bar on the pool deck. The unique curved shape of the south facing rear of the building enhances the comfort of the pool deck during the winter months.

We are pleased to invite you to experience one of the nicest condos in the area. Enjoy long walks or jogs on the powdery white beach sand, or exercise in the fitness center while looking at the ocean and watching for dolphins. Swim in the infinity pool, or relax in the Jacuzzi. Read a book or watch the waves. Take a nap on the beach or go deep sea fishing. The options are many - and the opportunities are endless.
