Description
Sterling Breeze is the most unique condo complex in Panama City Beach, and this unit #2306 is among the best in the complex. Of course the top floor setting offers breathtaking views of the beach and ocean, but you will also appreciate the lagoon, city, and bay views as you enter from the front walkway. The entryway is wide, the condo is bright from outside sunlight showing tile throughout. The 2 bedrooms each have a king bed, private bathroom, the 3rd bathroom is across the hall from the bunkroom. The kitchen is spacious, well equipped, has a breakfast bar, and allows the chef to take in the outside view from a command position while cooking or entertaining. This condo has a large Dining and Living Room area with comfortable seating and a big screen TV. The large balcony has a taller ceiling and pub height table and chairs. This provides wide open ocean viewing above the railing! It overlooks the pool deck and beach – and has a grill! One of my favorite past times is to relax on the balcony with a cold beverage and ponder at the horizon. I dream of how beautiful our planet is, and where the ocean waters could take me. Add to that a sunset view of the sky, and I find true inner peace.
This condo has all the amenities of home, including wifi internet, 3 LED TV’s with cable, washer & dryer, well equipped kitchen, dimmable lights, expandable dining room table. For large groups, we also offer the adjacent unit 2305 (Trip Advisor #7099615)). This condo is located only a half mile from the new and expansive Pier Park shopping center. This area offers the finest shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences in Panama City Beach, and more shops are on the way. It is only minutes from the new airport, and shuttle service is available. Trolley service is also available along the beach. For days when you are too tired to dine inside or go out to a restaurant, there are several carryout options within a couple blocks. There is also a snack bar and wine bar on the pool deck.
My wife and I looked at condos all along the beach before purchasing this one. When we walked through the front door we immediately knew this was the one! We felt at home inside this condo, and envisioned the many pleasant and extended stays we could have. We relive this experience each time we visit, and strive to make it even nicer each time. We are pleased to invite you to experience the same peaceful feeling. Enjoy long walks or jogs on the powdery white beach sand, or exercise in the fitness center while looking at the ocean and watching for dolphins. Swim in the infinity pool, or relax in the Jacuzzi. Read a book or watch the waves. Take a nap on the beach or go deep sea fishing. The options are many - and the opportunities are endless.
