This SECOND(!!) floor condo comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests!!! The spacious oceanfront (1425sqft) condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bath with a bathtub, and faces the ocean! Second BR has a queen-size bed and full bath. Third BR has Twin-over-Full bunk-bed. Living room has an expandable queen-size sofa and twin-size ottoman-sleeper. Flat screen TVs, DVD players are in each room for your entertainment.

Enjoy great view of the Mexican Gulf from huge wrap-around 500sqft+ balcony! Grocery store steps away / fully-equipped kitchen / built-in dishwasher / washer & dryer.

We have recently added keyless entry, so no more keys to keep up with!!

Beach Chairs: Six (!) high-quality folding beach chairs and an umbrella will be provided for you as well, which you can use either at the resort, or during your day-trips to beautiful Shell Island, St. Andrews Park, Rosemary Beach, Destin, ballpark, etc. So, no waiting for you in line in the morning just to get only two chairs in the fourth row from the ocean... :) Come down to the beach whenever you want, and put your chairs however close to the water you want!!!

Seychelles Resort is the Gulf Front condominium, conveniently located on the peaceful end of Panama City Beach, within walking distance of St. Andrews State Park and only moments from the Marina, where you can enjoy excursions to Shell Island. Convenient to the area's best dining, nightlife, water park, zoo, deep sea fishing, sailing, diving, snorkeling and other area attractions.

Our next-door neighbor – famous Schooners Restaurant- the Last Local Beach Club – is a great place for delicious food and great music!

Car recommended but not required. 1 (one) parking pass for resort's garage is included with your reservation. If you're bringing additional vehicles, there are three public parking lots managed by PCB City ($6/day), we'll be glad to share the detailed info prior to your arrival. Additional parking passes may be available during off-peak-seasons for purchase directly from HOA.

With your rental we provide the initial supply of soap, dish wash detergent, trash bags, and the toilet paper.

The Door Code will NOT be released unless Rental Agreement/POC are signed and ID is uploaded.

Yes, Seychelles is a great ocean-front family-friendly resort on the quieter East side of Panama City Beach, close to Marina and St. Andrews park. Please be advised that due to 2016 HOA rule changes we're not able to host under-25yo groups in March at that resort. However, our other two ocean-front condos are still available, and they are close to all Spring Break activities! We'll be glad to accommodate you again!
