Description
On Grand Lagoon, this one bedroom one and one half bath ground floor condo is closest to the pool and boat dock. Remodeled in 2003, new carpet in 2018, tiled kitchen and baths in 2008, remodeled the kitchen in 2013 with modern appliances, new counter tops and backsplash. The pool is right out the back door with a veiw of the boat dock and Grand Lagoon. The rich decor, covered patio, close proximity to the pool and boat dock make this rental a must for fisherman, divers, boating enthusiasts and sun worshipers. The emerald colored water and sugar white sand beach is 300 yards away.
The master bedroom has a private bath, king bed, 45" smart television with remote control, and a clock radio. Two more people can sleep on the queen size sleeper sofa with blow up air mattress on top and can take over the half bath down the hall.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a smooth top stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, place settings for eight and a new set of pots and pans. There is also a small stack-able washer and dryer with detergent for your use.
The living area includes a 55" smart television with remote control, cable, and stereo with CD player.
