Easy Access to Middle Beach Road and US-98 – you will not be stuck in traffic! Grocery store, shopping and entertainment for kids close by / fully-equipped kitchen / built-in dishwasher / washer & dryer.
Ocean-front Master Bedroom with walk-out to balcony features a king-size bed and a private bath with a bathtub. Second BR has a queen- and twin size beds (which most other units do not have). Living room has an expandable queen-size sofa, and twin-size ottoman-sleeper.
There are three new flat-screen TVs (46”, 32”, and 32”) with built-in WiFi blue-ray DVD players for your entertainment. This unit features tile throughout the living, kitchen, and new carpet in bedrooms.
Enjoy great view of the Mexican Gulf from private 25ft(!)-wide private balcony with access from master-bedroom and living rooms.
The unit has been equipped with easy keyless entry: so, no more keys to keep up with, no more worries about getting a key 'after hours' or fear that someone has kept a key and could enter your condo during your stay. This new Keyless Entry System even lets you select your own code! Your code is only good for your stay and expires upon your departure!
Beach Chairs: high-quality folding beach chairs will be provided for you, which you can use either at the resort, or during your day-trips to beautiful Shell Island, St. Andrews Park, Rosemary Beach, Destin, ballpark, etc.
Sterling Reef is low-density on-the-beach upscale complex. Sterling Reef amenities include a heated bi-level pool with connecting waterfall, fitness center overlooking the gulf, clubhouse with media room, movie rentals, sky BBQ terrace, and the convenience of covered parking in the same building.
The resort is located just to the east of the City Pier at the Bay county park with a completely un-obstructed view to the west and the most amazing gulf-front feel! There is nothing in between Sterling Reef and the M.B. Miller fishing pier (and never will be!), so you can enjoy 1700 feet of unspoiled and uncrowded beaches!
Directly across the street is Shipwreck Island Water Park, a must for kids of all ages. Alvin's Island gift shop is also right across the street, the first and best gift shop in the area. Goofy Golf, Shipwreck Island, Deep Sea Fishing, Boating, Zoo World and Gulf World – all of it just a stone throw from the resort. The location is great, in the heart of Panama City – and with easy access to Middle Beach Road and US-98 – you will never be stuck in traffic!!If you enjoy cooking, Publix grocery is only 1.5 mile away. Response from the owner Frankly, this is the first time that we had to deal with such situation in nine years that we've been hosting. While this condo has close to 100 positive reviews across three major websites, I would admit that sometimes some details could be overlooked, but we have our great local housekeepers who take care of any issues very promptly, so our guests can have a great stay and create wonderful memories! However, upon arrival these guests did not allow our housekeepers to address the issues, since the "issues" were too big, too "unfixable", and too bad for them to stay in oceanfront property and enjoy the summer vacation. What where the "issues"? Three main complains were (1) a spot on one of the bath towels, (2) few luggage-cart marks on the hallway wall, and (3) a dirty spot under the area rug in the living room (yes, I am not kidding, they picked up the rug to find it!). Since they declined all our attempts to address these "unbearable" issues right then and there, we just offered a full refund along with apologies, which they took and left. Even though I lost the rental income, I feel I saved myself from lot of headaches should these guests have stayed with us for the whole week. This is our private residence, which we’re glad and proud to share with our wonderful guests, including many returning families. We can address any reasonable issue our guests might encounter, but please do not expect a corporate hotel-chain cookie-cutter room. It is our home, and this is exactly why many guests prefer to stay with us…
