Thank you for looking at our home. Stay By the Sea is located on 30A Seacrest, FL. This is a beach house by its meaning with a private beach access across the street. the home is located in one of the hottest areas of 30A. Minutes from the white sandy beaches. Alys beach and Rosemary beach are newest town of the luxurious homes in the area is half a mile away on the East. 2 miles west you can visit the new upcoming area - THE HUB -live entertainment food and shopping. Fun for families mostly.

Stay By the Sea is the perfect place to spend your next family vacation. This house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bath. The home boast great accommodations and beautiful furnishings complete with all the convenience of a home. Large open kitchen with all best chefs needs. kids room with bunk beds sleeps 4. Twin over full size bed and another twin bed. All rooms come with smart LED TV's for your comfort and entertainment. To watch your own online shows such as Netflix and Hulu and more...

We are pet friendly house. We charge $75 extra per dog per stay. We don’t allow over 50lbs dogs and defiantly no cats allowed. Inquire before you book please.

You will definitely enjoy the close proximity to the beach. This private access to the beach is very unique and not crowded. We provide chairs and umbrellas to take with you and there is a chair and umbrella service that you can hire for your convenience as well. You will love it! Rosemary and Alys beach along with the hub THE HUB is just within 2 miles radius from this house where your family can enjoy live music, shopping, and great food.

This well planned and long awaited town features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. The Town of Prominence is located on HWY 30A between Seagrove and Alys Beach. Residents will enjoy easy access to a beautiful town center, resort style pools, fitness Center and private shuttle service to the beaches of 30A.

"The Hub”, the community's town center includes restaurants, shops, and an amphitheater with covered event pavilion, cinema screen for movies and a stage for concerts & events. Watch a game on the big screen or enjoy a family "screen on the green". There is entertainment most nights during season. Several epicurean delights await such as terrific bbq, tacos, spirits, ice cream along with unique one of a kind eateries to explore during your stay. We hear there is an amazing boutique furnishings & decor shop coming called 13 Hub Lane which will certainly be a place to check out during your stay! The area the house is located in is very nice. The outside is Run down, only yard in area with no maintenace on yard. the Inside is not that bad if you are paying for $100 night house, but not $300. … More

Response from the owner This guest lied about having pets. When we asked about his pets he admitted he was bringing 2. It’s on our listing not hidden about pets fee. Still he never paid $75 and total ignore it. Apparently he does not appreciate the price we offered for this area which other houses charges double and still no pets allowed. We sure don’t brag that this is the Ritz. However some guests even if you offer them the Ritz free they will find something to complain about. This guest is surely one of them. We offer a beach quality house so simple. We offer great beach access that only few homes offer it. We offers so much amenities that not many house do. We are proud of what we have and we stand by it. It’s unfortunate that we get guests to ruin this unique place just to feel good about themselves.
