Spacious 923 square foot 23rd floor condo has the MASTER BEDROOM AND LIVING AREA DIRECTLY ON THE GULF! A 30 foot balcony is accessible from floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in the family room and master bedroom. Discover the peaceful sound of the waves and the spectacular view of the gulf from this 5 star rated unit.

SAVE MONEY! The bunk room has it's own bathroom and gives you the advantage of a second bedroom without the price. The DOUBLE/TWIN bunk bed sleeps three. The condo is furnished with modern style furniture, which gives it a very unique and upscale look. The kitchen is well-equipped and has beautiful granite counter tops. Seven can dine at the glass top dining table and bar. The family room has a black leather queen sofa sleeper, two chairs and 55" smart TV with DVD. Master bedroom has a 35' flat screen TV/DVD and King size bed. There are two full sized bathrooms with tub/shower. The unit has travertine stone tile floor, crown molding, 9 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, bar area on the balcony.

Our resort is located on 636 feet of beautiful white sand gulf beaches. A first class family resort condominium featuring an impressive array of amenities. The primary renter is required to be at least 25 years old. Two huge lagoon pools at 4200 square foot each with Tiki bar, a 4300 resort ready fitness center with 'health bar' and spa, sauna, steam room, a 5000 square foot conference center, movie/media center, heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, seven high-speed elevators, game room, convenience store, card room and much, much more!

We have also paid for beach service for our guests (March-October) which includes a set of beach chairs and umbrella - $45/day value if purchased separately.
