ZERO steps to the Beach - You are already there! Home is approximately 3000 square feet with almost every room having a wonderful view of the Emerald water. Home has a Large open area for entertaining and gourmet kitchen. There is also a separate Media/Game room for the kids upstairs with foosball table and large 55 inch HD flat screen. "55 inch HD flat screen in Living room as well. 8 Flat Screens in All. every bedroom comes with a flat screen tv
With over 2000 sq. feet of Outside Decking (with 800 sq feet protected from Sun/Rain), The Fish Carlton is perfect for enjoying the sound of the waves or cooling off in the Pool! “PCB 2021”
This place was awesome. But it really needs a few repairs. Not saying this to be negative. We had a great time, but with a broken door it was hard getting to the deck, pool, and beach.

Rest assured the Hurricane rated sliding glass door has been replaced with a brand new one since your stay and works perfectly now. These Hurricane rated sliding glass Doors are special order only and were backordered for 7 months with covid and container shipping supply delays from the vendor that manufactures them.. The new door is now installed and operating trouble free.
