Response from the owner This is an important response. The individual who rented the Condo arrived on their own. People who arrive in our Airport Transfer Service are always very happy and check right in, on the spot. This specific customer arrived on their own, and they were due to arrive at 2 PM afternoon, and failed to arrive on time! . Our check in Clerk Jessica, waited for them on her day off, for 5 HOURS, and the customer did not show up as communicated at 2 PM. Further they did not call nor did they Text us on Whats up or Email about their delay. When they arrived at 10:20 PM Jessicia had given up after 5 Hours waiting and went home. We are not a hotel , we are a condo. The Condo parking lot employee, called me at home at 10:30 PM on same phone number, the customer had on our confirmation!. Fortunately I live close so I was able to arrive in 6 minutes, . When I asked customer what happened you were due for check in at 2 PM today? Customer became indignant and angry. Stating he had problems at airport. This Customer was already figured as a NO SHOW since he did not call or email us about the delay. The unit, we had reserved for them was given to a later check in. But I still had a unit for the late customer, which was very lucky, that we even had space at that hour. I do not even know how to respond to a window in the door issue???...... We have no Doors at all with windows in them?? Not even the front Security Door has a window in it? The customer was never moved to a different Unit, this also is strange as we do not move customers from one place to another?? This would result in added cleaning which we do not charge for! Every unit we rent is fitted out with a Kitchenette, Soap for everything, No cloth towels because we supply free paper towels to dry dishes. We provide 2 Rolls of toilet tissue rather than 1 roll like most apartment give you! I think 2 rolls is very fair! Plus these people were provided a 3rd roll on request! . I mean come on! We have no Units only 7' feet in Width except the Bathroom! We advertise clearly, as a Studio Unit so there is no formal living room. On occasion clients arrive and get upset about no living room! Our prices are low because there is no living room! About hanging clothes we have a closets for clothing and your luggage! So regarding hanging Clothing on the Bathroom Door frame is simply unnecessary. However if you arrive with a mountain of luggage and fill the closet, then you could run out of space! The Kitchenette is fitted out very nicely with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, cook wear to fix any/all the meals you want. Its fully stocked and ready to go. But there is NOT Food here! You have to buy food. We have EXCELLENT References from prior clients and most 5 Stars. There is a saying in the lodging business, You can make most of the people happy most of the time but you cannot make all of the people happy all of the time. So I wish this client the best but I think data provided in this response is very inaccurate and misleading!
