Description

The apartment is located in the luxury ''5 star'' Elysia Park residential complex just outside Paphos. It is a two bedroomed apartment that sleeps 6, overlooking a fantastic pool area. There is full air conditioning as well as a fully fitted kitchen and two balconies. The apartment also has Wi-Fi access included in the price. On site there is an Indoor Heated Pool plus Gym, Spa with Sauna and Cafe/Restaurant with Shops and a Cash Machine; access to these owner only facilities is 5 Euro per person for the duration of your stay.

Elysia park is a 20 minute drive from Paphos airport, 10 -15 minute walk to the seafront and beach, restaurants and marina. It has a superb location, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main town of Paphos but close enough to experience everything it has to offer makes it great for families and couples looking for a relaxing, fun holiday.

There is a dedicated parking space plus two play areas for children, with a Table Tennis Table for guest use; the gardens surrounding the apartment are all fully landscaped. We have a small storage room with pool toys, table tennis bats etc and is also useful for empty luggage cases if required. Beach towels are provided and our guest book has lots of local information for guests.

As well as the facilities listed above on site which opened in 2019 there are several local shops within 100 metres of the complex gate. These stores sell everything from fresh food to clothes and other holiday essentials like pool accessories and sun tan lotion. They are open late into the evening for last minute purchases, and also both sell groceries at reasonable prices.

Paphos sea front is 15 minutes walk away, with bars and restaurants even closer, but far enough away to not disturb the peace and quiet. In the town there is a full range of international cuisines to choose from, as well as take away food to satisfy any appetite. The restaurant prices range from 10 Euros for two courses up to 50 Euros per person for five star quality.

Getting around

Paphos Town Centre is easily accessible on foot, with the centre and waterfront being a 15 minute walk from the apartment. If you wish to travel a bit further a field it may be recommended to hire a car, however a car is certainly not necessary in Paphos.

We will send you the keys prior to arrival, as we live in the UK and therefore we will leave you in peace during your trip but do appreciate any feedback you can give us on your return! We will also provide the Wi-Fi password prior to your arrival. We employ a local caretaker whom you can call on should you have any issues during your stay.

“Fantastic apartment in a beautiful complex!”

I absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment is bright and large and fully equipped with all you need for a fantastic stay at Elysia Park! The food at the bar is excellent and very well priced, pool complex is lovely, perfect to relax in. A 15 minute walk to the promenade which has a host of bars and restaurants, 15 minutes also brings you to Paphos town centre. Excellent value for money, hosts super accommodating and friendly with a local lady on hand to help too! Thank you Tony, I will be back!

“3rd visit and stay!”

This is the 3rd year we have stayed at Tony & Debbie’s apartment, which is a hone from home. We love Cyprus and have been visiting each year for many years and our visits to Elysia Park have been great with the facilities, amazing pool and its central location. The apartment has everything one would need for an enjoyable and comfy holiday with owners who really do want you to have a great stay and nothing is of too much trouble. Highly recommend, and look forward to returning.

We had a great stay in Debbie and Tony's apartment recently and would highly recommend it. The apartment was spotless and spacious with everything you'd ever need to enjoy your stay. The complex was brilliant with two great pools a spa and mini market on site. Whilst these apartments are within walking distance of everything, it's too far to walk in 40 degree heat. Taxi's seem to have a standard fare of €10 for local trips. The harbour and old town are great for a meal and drinks and Venus beach and Coral Bay are great for sunbathing. Look forward to booking again next year.
