Description

Located in a quiet residential area on the very edge of Kato Paphos. Our penthouse apartment has access to two swimming pools, within easy walking distance of the beach, harbour, bars and restaurants. Paradise Gardens IV is a unique, quiet and private location. This peaceful setting is ideal for getting away from it all and having a relaxing holiday, the perfect oasis away from the excitement of everything that Paphos has to offer. The apartment is part of an intimate residential resort complex. Set in beautifully landscaped gardens, with 2 pools, each with shower and toilet facilities and sunbeds.

Paphos and Coral Bay have a vast selection of shops, bars and restaurants or a lively nightlife.

The spacious private patio with planter, overlooks treetops and fields has 2 sun loungers, table and chairs for 4, sun canopy and parasol, plus small charcoal BBQ. There are two shared swimming pools to choose from that are well maintained and are surrounded by lawned gardens.
