Occupying a prime position on Paradise Gardens IV, just a few steps away from one of the two large swimming pools, this 3 bedroom, fully air-conditioned villa has everything you would expect for a wonderful family holiday.

It has UK TV and catch up TV via a streaming box, free Wi-Fi, beautifully landscaped gardens, a secluded roof terrace, 3 bathrooms and is a short walk from the tourist area of Kato Paphos. The accommodation sleeps up to 8 guests and is arranged over three floors, making it ideal for families holidaying with grandparents, or two or three couples enjoying a holiday together.

Getting around

Paphos is a relatively small town compared to other European towns and cities and getting around is simple and easy. Most of the popular attractions are within easy walking distance of the villa and there is a regular bus service to Coral Bay and the old town. The nearest bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the villa. Private taxis are safe, reliable and inexpensive. Most taxis in Cyprus are Mercedes and these can be hailed in the street or picked up at one of the many taxi stands around the resort. Hiring a car gives you the freedom to explore the whole island at your own pace. It is competitively priced and the cost of fuel is slightly cheaper than in the UK.

The villa keys will be sent to you approximately 3 weeks before your arrival, along with a map, driving instructions (in case you decide to hire a car) and other useful information.
