Fabulous cottage in Kato Paphos within 5 minutes walking distance form the amenities and 200 meters from sandy beaches and bus stops.
Two wonderful double bedrooms on the first floor and another one bedroom on the second floor with large terrace.
3 bathrooms - guest toilet on the ground floor, one bathroom en-suite, one family bathroom.
Spacious, elegant Living room is furnished with a three seater sofa bed and a two seater sofa. A comfortable folding sofa will sleep an additional 2 adults. Dining area is furnished with a table and 6 chairs, TV with access to UK, German, Italian, Spanish and Russian channels, DVD. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, hob, built- in cooker, toaster, kettle, waching machine and fridge/freezer and ets. There is also a high chair for infants.
Fully furnished with stylish furniture small private garden with plastic table and 5 chairs and BBQ area.
Large communal swimming pool with private sunbeds. Huge roof terrace with fantastic views. The cottage is fully air-conditioned (cooling and heating) with extra portable heaters for the colder months.
Rare and well behaved neighbours.
Wi-Fi Free.
Cleaning provided once a week, extra bed linen available.
Electricity is calculated additionally as an extra charge accordingly to meter readings.
Parking available if you choose to hire a car - but this is not necessary for Kato Paphos - everything is accessible by walk, bus stop and sea is across the road! Best for the family holidays!

“Excellent Villa and Location”
We have just returned from a 2 week stay, and have to say I would highly recommend it. Excellent Villa, very spacious, very clean and well equipped. The gardens and pool area are also very well kept. Very central from beach, harbour and shops. Alexandra and Grigory who we dealt well both gave an exceptional service, and will definitely be returning here.
