A perfect location for your relaxing holiday in the sun in the Summer or Winter and as a base to tour the wonderful island of Cyprus. Large villa on a very secluded plot. Beautiful pool area at the rear of the villa completely unoverlooked. Barbecue area. New for 2019 luxury refitted en suite to the master bedroom with walk in double length shower. Villa pelagia has been furnished and equipped to ensure you have everything you could possibly need for a pefect holiday including a large private pool with optional heating; numerous outside dining terraces; BBQ station, air conditioning throughout; 2 LCD TVs (50” and 32") with full Sky package including sports, movies, catch up and on demand. Wood burner for cooler evenings and nights. DVD with wide range of discs.The villa has double height vaulted ceilings in all bedrooms giving a great sense of space and light. The villa has been furnished to a very high standard. Spacious open plan lounge with fireplace extending through double arches to dining area for 6/8 people and to large kitchen (newly renovated) fully equipped with bar and state of the art appliances (built in oven, halogen hob, microwave, dishwasher and American-style fridge/freezer). Utility area with enclosed washer dryer. Downstairs cloakroom. Large master bedroom with king size, four-poster bed, en-suite bathroom (bath and power shower), large balcony with spectacular sunset views. Getting around

A hire car is the best way to get around during your stay and I can recommend a very good company. Taxis are another option or there is a bus service from the development into Paphos and the surrounding areas.

“Great villa & fab pool”

Lovely villa everything you need in a quiet location with a great pool. Definitely need a car but nothing is a far drive away. The owner was really helpful. We had a fantastic relaxing holiday!

“Highly recommended Villa”

I have stayed in Villa Pelaga for the last two years and have already booked my 2015 stay. The villa itself it stunning and really spacious, with loads of indoor and outdoor living space. We were six adults and could comfortably fit around either of the dining tables or on the sofas in the living room to watch a movie. We cooked every night at the huge BBQ station but there is also a large and well appointed kicthen which was really handy. The bedrooms are comfortable and well appointed (air conditioning throughout which is a must in high summer), and the huge range of English TV channels was excellent (and would be particularly good for kids). We had no trouble accessing the wifi and the signal was always good. Location-wise the villa was great for us, being about 10 mins drive away from the gorgeous Pissouri and around 15-20 minutes from both central and Kato Paphos. If you were feeling very brave (and had lathered on plenty of suncream) it is possible to walk to the beach from the villa (just follow the sea view!!) - but far more pleasant to take the 2min drive. The owner was super attentive and helpful, providing absolutely loads of information on the villa (and how to work all the appliances etc) and the surrounding area, including restaurant reccomendations and details of local events, but she was also contactable via text or email to answer any questions we had. If you are travelling outside of July-September time I would definitely reccommend the pool heating - it meant we could swim long after sunset and early in the morning which we really aappreciated. In summary, I can't recommend this villa enough and look forward to returning.

From start to finish all aspects of our booking were accurate and attentive. The villa is 100% genuine and as described in the advert. Very spacious with a high quality finish and top of the range appliances. The kids loved having wi-fi to keep them in gadget world! The heated pool is the icing on the cake and kept a perfect consistent temperature. You could not use a non-heated pool at this time of year, tried it twice before in other villas and failed, so well worth the extra few pounds. The kids were in the water morning, noon & night leaving the adults reading and chilling for hours on end - Result!! Will definitely return
