Description
This privately owned and spacious three-bedroom villa with its own private pool is situated in the quiet residential area of Konia.
We have now both retired (early) and have decided to only let out the villa between 8 and 10 weeks per year. Our aim will be to cater for the more mature clients who will enjoy sharing our facilities and at the same time respect our villa - up to 4 people would be ideal. We will consider small family numbers. However, no single or larger group parties.
All rooms have air conditioning and all bedrooms have remote-controlled ceiling fans and window-fitted fly screens.
Only a short 5-minute drive from the popular Paphos harbour and beaches where it has a rich choice of bars, tavernas, shops, and cultural interests.
Interiors: The large open lounge takes you to an arched doorway into the dining/kitchen area which is very comfortable with ample soft seating and a dining table. The kitchen/dining area comprises a fully fitted kitchen with a full-size modern electric oven and hob, washing machine, large fridge freezer, and freestanding drinking water cooler. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
We have a 55" flat-screen Smart TV showing UK channels, many films & sport via internet connection.
The patio area boasts a traditional Cypriot BBQ.
We have recently built a new Courtyard (side of the villa), extending the outside space.
Konia village has a small kiosk, a beauty salon, large supermarket being only 3 kilometers.
Please note; the minimum stay is 7 nights.
We would consider reduced rates for a 6-month long-term booking i.e. November to April.

“Excellent villa”
What a beautiful, clean and spacious villa. The outside space is amazing and the pool is the perfect temperature for the hot months. There is lots of space to lounge around and sunbathe. Inside is immaculately kept, with everything you will need. There is plentiful cupboards and wardrobes in the bedrooms and the kitchen is well resourced. We rented the owners car for a fraction of the cost we usually pay each year. It was so convenient. Being left at the property ready to use. Konia village is beautiful and much more relaxed and peaceful than nearby Paphos. The village provides 4 different places to eat and has a great shop a few minutes walk away. The villa is in a great location to explore Paphos and the surrounding area but I would definitely recommend a car. The owner is extremely helpful from the minute of booking and provides you with all the information you require for the start of your holiday and throughout your stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thank the owner for his hospitality.

“Perfect Private Villa”
Have used Villa Koz many times over the last few years and each year it gets better. The owner is always maintaining and upgrading the villa to ensure all holiday needs are met. The new courtyard completed this year is lovely and provides sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. The villa is in a traditional village, with a local kiosk for all the daily essentials & there is a taverna (Konia Tavern) that is popular with tourists and locals. Only a short drive from the airport, beach, harbour, shops, & restaurants. Perfect for all ages and the villa is beautifully clean & equipped with everything you could possible want for the perfect holiday.
