Large 3 Bed Executive Villa, in a Private Gated Complex of 4 Properties with communal pool. Facilities include, Air-Conditioning, internet TV, Playstation and Internet connection.
Located just 300 metres from the beach, bars, restaurants and shops and only 100 metres to the nearest Bus Stop, where you can catch a bus to anywhere including Coral Bay, the Harbour, Market or the FREE bus to the Waterpark.
The quiet location offers a great opportunity for the family to enjoy an evening around the floodlit Pool with a bottle of local wine while tasting the local produce from the BBQ or even the Kleftiko oven, when the kids get board they can go on the Playstation while you finish the wine. Alternatively, it is only a 5 minute strole to the local restaurants which offer some excellent deals as well as excellent quality.
The WIFI is unlimited, so bring all your gadgets. The TV is received via the internet, offering the usual Freeview channels (BBC,ITV,CH4,CH5 etc).

“Wedding/ holiday”
Everything was perfect for what we was looking for , everyone had a room and space , the downstairs room set up was great for the father in law as he couldn’t do the stairs to much..The villa needs a few bits done to it , just a few cosmetic touches here and there . Location was good not to close to the noisey areas .. good shop and curry house close by , super market 10 mins away . Swimming pool was clean and we had it to ourselves most of the time..would def stay there again .. can get 2 couples and 5 kids in there if need be ..

Response from the owner Following the visit from this guest we received a letter from him, with the obvious intent to receive a refund. We accept that some of his points are correct and are dealing with them as a matter of urgency, however, the exaggerations are to the the extreme. We wonder how someone who stayed in July, only 6 weeks earlier, can have a great experience. We can assure anyone the photos are less than 6 months old and are updated regularly.

“EXCELLENT LOCATION - POOL FABULOUS”
Villa clean and comfortable very spacious as there was 7 of us including teenagers. Excellent location really easy to get to sea front harbour area and bar street. Transfers no problem with suntransfers.com. Good communication with owners throughout. Pool was best it was so warm towards the afternoon and we loved the privacy of it. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was lovely but in July the downstairs was really hot and it would be a bonus to get maybe better fans even. Also if you don't like cats there is quite a lot in the area this didn't bother us but maybe problem for others. There is a supermarket just along the street which was v good and reasonable Overall excellent holiday in gorgeous resort lovely harbour area We loved it wouldnt hesitate to go again!! Great value for money too!
