Description

Lux villa on the first line. The layout of the living room is open-plan with large opening windows and sea views. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, the dining area has a large glass table with 8 chairs. The living room has a comfortable large sofa and a glass coffee table, a large flat-screen TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, a fan lamp and a strong Wi-Fi signal throughout the villa. A few steps from the living room is a bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning. Large built-in wardrobe in the hallway and a separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Downstairs, on the lower floor, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a baby cot and a sofa with armchairs with a coffee table. Side door, leads to the patio and pool area.

On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and fan lamps, built-in wardrobes and a balcony with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. The master bedroom has a large double bed with a toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. On the floor there is a shared bathroom with a bath and toilet.

Near the pool there is a spacious area for relaxing and sunbathing. Swimming pool with heated water and fountains. Barbecue area. From the villa you can go down to the walking area under the villa and swim in the sea. Go to the sand stone, we recommend special water slippers. But only 10 min walk to the famous sandy Coral Bay beach.

All bars, restaurants, shops, banks are within walking distance (5 mins walk) as well as a bus stop. Two Parking spaces for cars.

Late check-out can be arranged in advance.

Electricity not include, 0,40 cent per Kwat (Cash on departure). Extra home heating if necessary 25 euros per day/ Damage deposit 1000 euro (Cash on arrival). Additional cleaning during the stay is paid extra.

“Just perfect”

The villa is everything it says it is on the website. As soon as we opened the door, we saw the ocean view and knew we’d made the right choice. It’s a stunning view and the sounds of the sea is so relaxing. There are lots of comfortable sun beds outside and lots of room around the pool. It’s very easy to get down to the sea ( small ladder at the bottom of the garden) we enjoyed swimming every day. Inside everything is clean, comfortable and spacious. Very large TV and books and games in the cabinet below. So much storage space in every room. Lots of hangers in the wardrobes! Ironing board and iron downstairs. Everything you’d need. The main strip is a 10 minute walk up the hill with excellent restaurants ( particularly loved Corallo, Lacante and Adrian’s) couple of cocktails at Kikkos too. Ekaterina has been so lovely. All our questions were answered promptly and she was there to greet us on arrival and also to see us go. We would have no hesitation in going back to this absolute slice of heaven on earth :)

“Great Location, helpful hosts”

For us as a family of six, this was a perfect villa in terms of space and amenities. The location was perfect to be able to access a relatively private sea area (no more than 4 people within 100m) as well as listen to, and watch the waves. Snorkeling was pretty good and seeing two sea turtles on the last day topped it off. The hosts were very helpful in explaining everything and even dropped us to the local supermarket at the end of the introductions. Wi-fi, so important with teenagers, was good and kept everyone happy, along with the internet enabled TV box for all the home channels. Compared to the other villas we saw, you will be hard pushed to get a better location than this one, as it is set perfectly between Coral Bay beach and the main 'strip' with the bonus of being right at the sea edge.

“Great Views - Terrible Hospitality”

Response from the owner It would probably help, that Mr.Tyler, instead of discussing the model of the car of My Manager, at the day of their first meeting, discussed his own holiday issues...?? It could also help, if, on their second meeting, where My Manager's English husband happened to be present, and which took place for over an hour, Mr.Tyler, instead of being so sorry about the difference in price of nextdoor villa, and chaotic trial in finding the info on the website, about the additional electricity charges, simply spoke OUT about their needs? All these movements are normally done prior the booking?)) And yes, they might paid less, but prices all very and depend on conditions of the property? Anyway, as they say, unhappy people are always unhappy and they are not ready to pay for broken things...it happens, we all have these moments in our lives...they are plenty of other guests, which are absolutely satisfied by our hospitality. All we want is our visitors to be relaxed and take back home the only beautiful memories from our Island. That excludes the midnight house "tours", after an exhausting flight, which Mr.Tyler was deprived from......regards from sunshine))
