This villa is built over 4 levels - there is a basement bedroom, ground floor open plan living with a double bedroom, then on the first floor there are 2 en-suite bedrooms. From this level there is access to the 2nd floor roof top terrace, giving stunning views.
Large open plan living/dining kitchen area with expansive patio doors leading out to pool area and garden. Large open area at rear of the villa.
The villa is minutes away from the popular Coral Bay Avenue, where you will find numerous bars, restaurants and shops. The property also benefits from sunbeds, bbq, free Wi-Fi, UK and International TV, and an alarm for your peace of mind.

“Worth Booking”
Six of us have just spent ten days at this villa. It was modern and very spacious with great facilities. It Is a 5 minute walk to the main strip with plenty of restaurants/bars to choose from. If you can tear yourself away from the villa pool the main beach is an easy 15 minute walk away. The villa is also well positioned for getting the bus into paphos which we did on a couple of occasions. I would not hesitate in recommending this property. Enjoy!
