Villa Description:
The villa itself is a well-appointed spacious three bedroom villa with golf views.
Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms (Master double has adjacent bathroom with large walk in shower, 2nd double shares adjacent bathroom with bath & overhead shower with the twin room), one twin room (sharing bathroom with bath and shower unit with double bedroom).
Description:
Villa Athina is a well appointed three bedroom end of terrace property with a spacious outside area. The ground floor is open plan with a comfortably furnished living area, dining area and well-equipped kitchen. The property is smart and well-furnished throughout.
The master double bedroom is on the ground floor and has a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. This room has patio doors that open out to the pool and garden. The second double and twin room which share a bathroom (bath and shower unit) are found on the first floor. The double bedroom has two balconies and the twin room has one, all of which offer wonderful views of the golf course and beyond.
Outside the large terrace with private pool is furnished with sunbeds, dining table and chairs and a Gas BBQ.
Please note: pool heating for this villa is recommended between October - May and costs an additional £180.00 per week.
