Our location makes our Villa Iliana the ideal base for exploring coral bay area , the pool sunny patio is bathed by the hot Cypriot sun all day ,surrounded by the mature hedge ,providing complete privacy ,you can swim ,sun bathe as you wish...
The location of Villa Iliana its just ideal , only 300 meters from coral bay amenities and coral bay sandy beach .The largest super market PHILIPPOS is only 100 meters away ,making your shopping very very easy.
A free welcome pack is available on arrival,baby cot and high chair is also available, ,car rental can be arranged on request at extra cost available on arrival at the airport or at the villa, Airport transfers can be arranged also at extra cost. “Great stay in Coral Bay”
I stayed at Villa Iliana with my two children, plus 6 other family members. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning. See below advantages and a few minor disadvantages: + George who manages the villa is friendly and accommodating. He organised the transfer from the airport for us and it was punctual and reliable (so much so that we used them again throughout our stay to go and visit other attractions). The villa has a great pool, it is warm and a decent enough size for all 9 of us to be in there at once (including inflatables). George also comes by every morning to clean the pool and the patio. The location is perfect, it is a 5 minute walk to a supermarket that literally stocks everything (they also give you a free ride back with your shopping). You are also a 10 minute walk to the strip and the beach or you can cut across a dirt track and be there in 5 minutes. There is a lovely master suite which leads onto a roof terrace with decent views; the other rooms are good enough but the other couples did think that the doubles rooms could have been larger. The villa is well equipped with plates, cutlery etc and George made sure there was a cot and highchair in place for when we arrived. - The negative points really are minor and didn't have a huge impact on our holiday but nether the less i think are worth mentioning. The dishwasher is a tiny counter top one which means that if you are planning on cooking and eating as a family you will be constantly doing washing up. The air conditioning in one of the rooms leaked significantly but once I told George he called an engineer who fixed it the next day (this was fine but we did pay €5 a day for A/C per room so I expected it to be more reliable). The wifi can be unpredictable and therefore the TV can also be a bit dodgy- not life and death but certainly annoying when you have 3 teenagers who are desperate to catch up on their social media. Finally I would like to end by saying George really was an amazing host and it is down to him that our stay was so smooth. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you in the future.
