Comfortable and spacious attic apartment, suitable to meet the needs of medium-long run, both for short. It consists of a bedroom, a cosy living room with a kitchenette – where you can equip No. 2 beds, exclusive services, an entry and a storeroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, the apartment is air conditioned and has an LCD TV and Wi-Fi Internet access. From the lounge you can enjoy a nice view of the Park. The apartment is located in Colorno, charming town of lower Parma, just a few hundred metres from the village centre and from the Palace (seat of ALMA-the international school of Italian cuisine) and the nearby junction of the bypass direction Parma or Mantua. It's in a very convenient location to achieve: to the North, the art cities of Mantua and Sabbioneta and the industrious town of Casalmaggiore;

to the East, the village of Brescello, famous for the saga of Don Camillo and Peppone, and the industrial area of Casale di Mak;

to the South, the cities of Parma, the SPIP and industrial areas of s. Polo di Torrile, the tollbooth, Fiere di Parma in Moscow, the Ospedale Maggiore, all destinations that are more than ten minutes away by car;

in the West, all countries bordering on Some that are part of the production area of Culatello di Zibello and Busseto, Verdi with places, and fountains, which gave birth to Giovannino Guareschi. We are at the center of the low, famous for its excellent food and wine events that celebrate them, especially the November Porc.

The entire building was completely renovated recently and offers accommodation in a comfortable, welcoming and at the same time. We accept payments with credit cards. Are very welcome guests with the large park and convenient parking to which access is protected by an automatic gate.

The structure offers the possibility of organizing the most out of your trip. We breathe an air of really familiar and welcoming. We try to combine the features of functionality and efficiency of a Hotel with the comfort, tranquillity and friendliness of human relationships that are typical of a bed and breakfast or cottages. In addition guests enjoy wider freedom and autonomy of movement. In fact, the access is free 24 hours on 24, we offer the widest flexibility to accommodate customer requests regarding arrival and departure. We take care of the cleanliness of the premises and would like to assure the perfect functionality of each service. For us it is crucial that our guests feel truly at home.
