FREE-WI-FI -CONDITIONED AIR - The apartment has just been renovated with the aim to ensure the maximum comfort and relaxation.
Inserted in the historical center, will give you the easy access to all areas of cultural, culinary and shopping in the city
The two-room apartment, spread over one floor and has a bedroom with two single beds that can easily turn into double bed (on request we can provide a baby bed) and a large and comfortable sofa bed in the living area that includes: the modern fitted kitchen with oven, extendable table and TV area. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for the preparation and consumption of meals of the guests accommodated

FREE WI FI -ARIA CONDIZIONATA- .L'alloggio e' posto al primo piano senza ascensore di uno stabile armonicamente inserito nell'architettura del centro storico della città e da cui potrete godere di piacevoli scorci degli antichi borghi che lo caratterizzano.Ci siamo impegnati per dotarlo di tutte quelle caratteristiche che possano aiutarvi a far diventare il vs soggiorno più che piacevole curando al meglio ogni particolare.
L'appartamento bilocale,si sviluppa su di un solo piano ed è dotato di camera con letto matrimoniale che a richiesta può trasformarsi in 2 letti singoli (a richiesta possiamo anche fornire un lettino da bimbo) e di un ampio e comodo divano letto posto nella zona giorno che comprende:la moderna cucina attrezzata di forno ,tavolo allungabile e zona TV.L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per la preparazione ed il consumo dei pasti degli ospiti alloggiati
Completa l'appartamento un ampio bagno nel quale trova posto la doccia ,i servizi necessari ed una lavatrice.
Nell'appartamento non si può fumare.
Per gruppi e famiglie numerose(max 8 pp) esiste la possibilità di avere a disposizione un analogo bilocale posto in fronte a quello descritto.
Per ogni soggiorno sarà applicato in aggiunta alla normale tariffa ill costo della pulizia pari ad euro 20,00

La sua posizione consente di raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi sia l'area monumentale della città : Piazza Duomo, Battistero, San Giovanni, Piazza della Pilotta, Teatro Farnese, Teatro Regio, Lungoparma, Parco Cittadella,ecc…che le vie del divertimento cittadino :ristoranti,pub ,bar ,e luoghi di aggregazione per giovani(movida)
Di particolare interesse è la possibilità di accedere in pochi minuti a piedi,al parco attrezzato della Cittadella consentendovi di fare delle salutari sgambate o rilassarvi all'ombra di un secolare albero, in un ambiente decisamente accattivante mentre i vostri bimbi potranno divertirsi in un corner particolarmente attrezzato
A pochi passi troverete un ampio supermercato cittadino( che garantisce l'apertura domenicale
Un giro nei dintorni
La posizione dell'appartamento garantisce il comodo accesso ad un ampio parcheggio custodito per la vs auto ed un agevole accesso ai mezzi pubblici cittadini che vi faciliteranno il raggiungimento di tutte le aree urbane ed extraurbane della città e della provincia(vedi castelli,pievi e località turistiche e termali di cui abbonda la ns provincia)

La città di Parma si presta ad essere contemporaneamente teatro di splendidi monumenti e luogo di prelibate e ricche specialità alimentari che l'hanno resa famosa nel mondo.
