D'avril à septembre.
Location au WE (minimum 2 nuits), à la semaine, au mois.
Basse saison : 850 €/ semaine, haute saison (juillet, août) 1300 €/ semaine.
WE : selon nombre de nuitées (ponts et vacances scolaires, me contacter)
Boîte à clés.
Charges en sus à régler sur place :Obligatoires : 40 € par WE, 80 € par semaine.
- Taxe de séjour : 0.50 € par jour et par personne de plus de 13 ans.
En option :
- Possibilité location linge sur place (130 €) et ménage de sortie (forfait de 130 €)
- Animaux acceptés sur demande. Décharge en cas de dégâts à signer à l'entrée dans les lieux. Frais par animal : WE : 30 € Semaine : 60 €
Pour les période plus fraîches, chauffage central (gaz) au RdC et électrique à l'étage

Vous aimerez notre grande maison totalement rénovée très claire avec ses baies vitrées. Jardin entièrement clos et voitures faciles à garer.

1 chambre lits électriques assemblés : 160 pour 2 personnes.
1 grande chambre pour les enfants : 3 lits simples (dont 2 peuvent être assemblés pour faire un lit double) + 1 lit double (130) + 1 lit bébé en bois à barreaux : 5 personnes + 1 bébé ou jeune enfant
1 petite chambre avec 1 lit simple (idéale pour la jeune fille qui s'occupe des enfants)
1 salle de bain avec douche et 1 lavabo

PENESTIN :
Situé en Bretagne sud, dans le Morbihan, ce petit bourg bien calme en hiver devient très actif en été. Très réputé, avec ses 25 kilomètres de côte sur l'océan, vous pourrez faire de longues ballades à pied ou à vélo. Des parcours sont prévus à cet effet.
La pêche à pied y est incontournable. Pénestin est connu pour la qualité de ses moules de bouchot dont la réputation n'est plus à faire. Vous y pêcherez donc, moules, bigorneaux, palourdes, crevettes… et même des poissons si vous êtes outillé pour !
Les plages de sable fin sont à 4 Kms de la maison. Vous y découvrirez des petites criques typiques à la Bretagne.
Beaucoup de sites à visiter autour de Pénestin, tel que La Roche Bernard (15 Kms) Guérande (12 Kms) La Baule (20 Kms) Vannes (35 Kms) Le parc de Branféré (Nicolas Hulot)avec ses animaux en liberté, Missillac avec son golf très réputé et son magnifique château (18 Kms) Le parc de la Brière (30 Kms) et encore bien des surprises tout au long de votre séjour.
Notre maison a vue sur l'estuaire de la Vilaine. Elle est située à l'entrée du petit port de pêche de Pénestin (Tréhiguier) (à 600 m) et à 300 m de la plage du Logo (sur la Vilaine)
Les commerces se trouvent à 3 Kms.
(dépôt de pain sur le port de Tréhiguier en été)
Marchés à Pénestin : en saison : mercredi et dimanche (très grand marché) Basse saison le dimanche.
Marché de La Roche Bernard le jeudi matin.

“pas déçu!”
Nous avons passé un excellent week end entre amis dans celle maison. Outre le temps ensoleillé dont nous avons pu bénéficier, nous avons pu profiter de cette maison bien agencée, bien équipée. Tout l'équipement nécessaire était à disposition pour recevoir un grand nombre de personnes. De plus le jardin clos est sécurisant pour les parents qui peuvent profiter sans avoir à surveiller sans cesse les enfants. La terrasse est très agréable. L'accueil fut sympathique. Seul petit bémol, nous avons appris en arrivant que l'eau n'était pas comprise et priori ce n'était pas spécifié dans l'annonce... (compter 12 euros pour une quinzaine de personnes pour un week end..
