Welcome to the "Turquoise Dophin," a luxury two-story vacation home in Perdido Key, FL. This home is located in the gated Banana Bay community, which offers a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center and a private beach on Perdido Key's north shore.

Nicknamed for its tropical colors and motif, the "Turquoise Dophin" offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,400 square feet of modern and comfortable living space for family and friends to relax together (and apart!). From the Turquoise Dolphin you are just a few barefoot steps away from Banana Bay's pool, hot tub, sauna and private beach where you can relax in the sand while watching sailboats and dolphins pass through the Intercoastal Waterway or fish for trout, flounder and mullet. The home offers a fully-equipped kitchen and outdoor grill, but if you are not in the mood to cook, put on your sandals and take a lazy stroll to the Oyster Bar Restaurant or Sunset Grille for drinks and waterfront dining.

From Banana Bay you are just a two-mile bicycle ride (or drive) down River Road to Perdido Key State Park (and Gulf beaches), or you can cross the street to enjoy18 holes at the Arnold-Palmer-designed Lost Key Golf Course. With our Perdido Keys to Fun card you receive one free round of golf and half a cart fee each day of your stay as well as other free amenities! For history and military buffs, drive less than 15 minutes to the famous Blue Angel Museum of Naval Aviation or Fort Barrancas Historic National Landmark. On your way back from shopping at the Tanger Designer Outlets (Foley, AL), stop at LuLu's Restaurant and Marina for the "Jimmy Buffet" experience, or at the famous Florabama beachfront lounge for the "Honky-Tonk" experience (home of the annual "Mullet Toss"). In fact, you will be less than 45 minutes from all that both Pensacola, FL and Gulf Shores, AL have to offer.

The Turquoise Dolphin's Master Suite has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet and large bathroom with a twin shower and separate jetted tub. The second and third bedrooms have a total of three queen-sized beds with a shared full bathroom. All bedrooms are comfortably furnished with flat-screen televisions and high ceilings.

The enormous first-floor living room space enjoys a modern and fully-equipped kitchen, open dining area, laundry room, guest bathroom, and comfortably furnished room with a large flat-screen television, DVD player and queen-sized sofa-bed. High ceilings, tiled floors and bright modern furnishings ensure an atmosphere of relaxation and fun. From the back patio you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching a sunrise or grill burgers for a family cook-out.

Banana Bay is a small, safe and family-friendly community with gated-access. Guests of the "Turquoise Dophin" enjoy free wireless internet, cable, local and long distance telephone service, and use of all Banana Bay amenities.
