Mediterranean 1001E stands as a pinnacle of luxury, a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath condominium that accommodates up to 12 guests. Occupying an entire floor on the 10th level, this condo provides a unique and spacious 3500 sq. ft. retreat. The elevator opens directly into your unit's foyer, offering convenience and privacy. The sleeping arrangements include a King Bed in the master, King Bed in one guest bedroom, 2 Double Bed in another, and two Queen Bunk Bed in the fourth guest bedroom. Notably, the condo features an expansive wrap-around balcony, providing breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, Eastward sunrises, and the renowned Ono Island.
The master ensuite has a King bed and also boast a full size large bath with a jacuzzi tub, walk in steam shower and plenty of vanity space. Floor to ceiling windows and a private entrance to the balcony from this bedroom all make up this abundant space.
3 more full baths attached to each guest bedroom and a half bath in the hallway. In addition you will find a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room.
1 guest bedroom boast a King Size bed, another has 2 Double beds, and the third has a a Double over Double Bunk. Each bedroom has a balcony access as well.
A fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances that also has a dining table and stools around the bar to offer seating for everyone! This expansive kitchen has cabinet space for all your needs.
