This year make a difference in your holidays! Enjoy your Greek vacations in a villa that has it all! It offers total privacy, peace and tranquility, unbeatable seaviews, infinity pool, easy access to all amenities needed!
Villa Pasithea is a lovely 2-bed/2-bath villa, totally independent and completely private. It has its own private infinity swimming pool, its own garden area, truly amazing sea views. It is located uphill, c. 700m above Perigiali seaside village (hence these wonderful seaviews), surrounded by nature and only 1km away from cosmopolitan Nydri.
The ground floor hosts a spacious living room with fireplace and double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where the second double bedroom and bathroom can be found. Normal villa occupancy is for 4 guests but another two (usually children) can sleep at the living room’s double sofa bed, hence total occupancy can go up to 6.
The views of the small green 'princes islands' including the Greek tycoon's Onassis island named Scorpios are simply unique! The villa is located at a quiet spot, just above the seafront village of Perigiali (700m), hence enjoying some dramatic seaviews! The closest beach is just a 10-min walk downhill, however walking uphill to reach the villa on the way back from the beach, is probably more suitable to the more athletic type of guest. The villa is conveniently enjoying total privacy and quiet, yet it is so close (only 1km) to all watersports, boat excursions, restaurants, shops and conveniences of cosmopolitan Nydri. We offer free WiFi internet connection.
