Completely refurbished, the loft is in a very quiet location 10 minutes away from the beach and downtown. Adjacent to the main tourist areas of the Adriatic coast, reachable by public transport. Places of interest nearby: Tavullia, Urbino, San Bartolo Park, Nature Reserve Gola del Furlo, Cattolica, Riccione, San Marino. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort for short and longer stays. It 'consists of 1 bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and a large lounge / living area with kitchen. Also present was a sofa that converts to a double bed. The kitchen is complete with pots, plates, glasses, cutlery and accessories, LCD TV, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. In the vicinity there are all kinds of shops (newsagents, tobacconists, supermarkets, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and many bars). NB: NOT including the tourist tax of 1.30 € per person per night Tips and activities In addition to the varied and touristic places like the beach, parks, historical cities and shopping, we propose alternative activities that can not help but have fun and spend a beautiful vacation on the Adriatic coast. Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni in questa splendida porzione di casa appena costruita. A disposizione dell'appartamento un bellissimo spazio verde per bambini e per cani....e per tutta la famiglia. siamo stati accolti da Donatella e Claudio come da Vecchi amici. ci hanno fatto trovare bevande fresche e frutta dei loro alberi. in più non mancava proprio nulla,dal caffè al deodorante. a disposizione degli ospiti il loro orto personale (con ottimi pomodori)
