A romantic 130 square metres apartment placed in Pesaro, a wonderful sea town on the Italian Adriatic coast.
The apartment, placed in a XV century building, is located in the historical area of the city and five minutes far from the beach by walk. In ten minutes by car you can also reach the Marche countryside region, rich of amazing landscapes and first "bike academy" of the 9 times motorbike world champion Valentino Rossi.
The apartment has a big sitting room with open-plan kitchen (with electric oven and fridge), two bedrooms (one double and one single), three bathrooms and a laundry closet with a brand new washing machine (anyway we will provide you with fresh linens and towels. ).
The apartment was recently renovated, is furnished with the well-known Italian elegance and has air conditioning.
It's the perfect solution for young couples and families, for a relaxing holiday that combines relax, good food and fun. Furthermore, since Pesaro is the hometown of the famous composer G. Rossini, you can enjoy the "Rossini Opera Festival", a worldwide known opera festival. The apartment is just 5 minutes far from the Rossini Theatre and 7 minutes by walk from the central train station.
In some periods of the year we also provide (paying an extra cost) a special cooking service that allows you to try local dishes and wine.
