Response from the owner Credo che vadano messe in chiaro alcune cose. Innanzitutto l'aria condizionata (montata pochi mesi fa, quindi nuova o senza cattivi odori) è centralizzata in base alle esigenze del cliente e il cliente che scrive evidentemente non ha saputo riferirmi al meglio le sue stesse esigenze, visto che al momento è l'unico a lamentarsi. Poi va detto che l'ospite, al momento della prenotazione non sapeva neanche che ci fosse l'aria condizionata, visto che non l'ho specificato nell'annuncio e visto che il sottoscritto non fa pagare un extra per il condizionatore (come fanno altri). Le pulizie vengono effettuate PERSONALMENTE da me dove passo anche un'intera mattinata ore a ripulire lo schifo che lasciano alcuni clienti (e si, non faccio neanche pagare le spese di pulizia al cliente, anche se previsto dal regolamento). Addirittura un capello nel congelatore?? Neanche commento, a meno che qualcuno non vi ci abbia infilato la testa nel freezer, meglio non commentare. Inoltre dalle foto si capisce bene come è fatta la casa, inutile arrampicarsi sugli specchi e dire che "non c'erano le finestre". Ci sono sicuramente strutture che vanno meglio per le sue aspettative, ma forse troppo costose per il suo portafogli. Puntualizzo sul "problema" avuto dall'ospite e a cui sono venuto incontro, cioè ridandogli 200 euro dopo che il cliente ha lamentato "un serio problema familiare che gli impedisse di proseguire la vacanza" e nonostante non avessi alcuno obbligo a restituire. Cosa non ci si inventa per recuperare due soldi!

How do damage deposits work?
